This notice explains what we do with the information you share when you contact us about your child, for example through the enquiry form on this website, a Meta lead form on Facebook or Instagram, the self-check, a phone call, LINE or WhatsApp. We keep it plain so you know exactly what happens to your details.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect only what we need to respond. This may include your name, email address, an optional telephone number, your current location and when you hope to begin. You may also choose to add your child's age or learning stage and a short message about what you are noticing. You do not need to provide a diagnosis, medical information, an assessment or a report in an advertising enquiry form.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit a form on this website, your details are recorded through Google Forms into a private spreadsheet that only our team can open, and our team is notified so we can reply. Google provides that forms and spreadsheet service for us. When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta securely collects the details shown in that form and makes them available to authorised members of our team so that we can respond. If you choose LINE or WhatsApp, your message is handled through that provider under its own terms. Your enquiry is not shown publicly on this website or on our social-media pages.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond, understand the general nature of your request, arrange a conversation, visit or assessment where appropriate, and explain a possible next step. We do not sell your details. We do not add enquiry details to advertising audiences or use sensitive information about a child for advertising. We will not send unrelated marketing messages unless you separately choose to receive them.
To keep the enquiry forms free of spam, submissions pass a simple automated spam check before they reach us.
A small note on your browser
So the self-check pop-up does not keep appearing on every visit, this site saves a small marker in your own browser. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Who can see your information
Inside the centre, access is limited to authorised members of our team supporting your enquiry. Outside the centre, the service providers that may carry your message to us are Google, Meta, LINE and WhatsApp, depending on the channel you choose. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms. We do not share your enquiry with unrelated organisations.
Protecting your child's information
Information about a child is sensitive, so please share only what is necessary for us to help. Do not include a diagnosis, medical record or detailed assessment in a Meta advertising form. We treat what you tell us with care, keep it only as long as we need it to support your enquiry, and remove it when it is no longer needed, unless you go on to become a family in our care or we must retain it for a lawful reason.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you shared at any time. Just contact us on the number below and we will help. Providing your details is always your choice, and you can decline any field that is optional.
