These Terms of Service govern use of the Gifted Kids Ads Manager. The tool is operated by The Gifted Kids Care Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By accessing the tool you agree to these terms.
Internal and authorised use only
Gifted Kids Ads Manager is an internal tool. Access is limited to authorised employees and contractors of The Gifted Kids Care Centre. The tool is not offered to the public or to clients. It is not sold, resold or licensed to any third party. There is no public sign up and no public login.
Purpose
The tool exists to manage the organisation's own Google Ads accounts. It supports internal reporting, campaign operations and account administration for advertising accounts owned or managed by The Gifted Kids Care Centre.
Acceptable use
- Use the tool only for the organisation's own advertising accounts and only for the internal purposes described here.
- Comply with all applicable Google Ads policies, the Google Ads API Terms of Service and applicable law.
- Do not use the tool to access accounts you are not authorised to manage.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy or transfer data for any purpose outside the organisation's own operations.
- Do not use the tool to serve or support third party advertising networks.
Access control
- Access is provisioned internally and granted on a least privilege basis.
- Credentials and access are personal. Do not share them.
- The tool is read only by default. Any change to a live campaign requires explicit internal authorisation before it is applied.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your access.
Suspension and revocation
The Gifted Kids Care Centre may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, including when a person changes role, leaves the organisation, or where misuse or a security concern is suspected. On revocation, related tokens are deleted and access is removed.
No warranty
The tool is provided on an as is and as available basis for internal use. The Gifted Kids Care Centre makes no warranty that the tool will be uninterrupted, error free or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the organisation is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the tool or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
